Wonderland Parties is not responsible for any members of the party getting sick, including contracting the Covid-19 virus. If any members of the party have been in contact with anyone who has had the Covid-19 virus, they must contact Wonderland Parties to cancel or reschedule their party.
If any members of the party have a temperature at or above 100.4 degrees F, they must cancel or reschedule their party.
A $50 deposit is required to book a party. Parties must be rescheduled or cancelled 7 days before the scheduled date of party to receive a refund. Full amount is due 7 days before your party.
If the party is over 40 miles from Royal Oak, MI, there will be a surcharge of $20 for the cost of travel.
If the princess feels unsafe in any way at the party, she may leave at anytime and the party will not be refunded.
If any unfortunate altercations happen to any of the costumes due to one of the members of the party, the person who booked the party will be held responsible. They will be charged for the damage(s) on the costume.
Activities, not limited to: balloon twisting, hand tattooing, and dancing may occur at the party. As such, Wonderland Parties will not be held liable for any injuries sustained by party members, this includes but is not limited to: choking, allergic reactions, etc.
